Since launching The Dietitian Runner, Emily’s partnered with countless runners to help them see the results they were after with personalized nutrition and coaching plans. Leveraging both her clinical training and her experience as an endurance runner, Emily uniquely comes alongside athletes who are looking to enhance their training efforts with the support of well-balanced nutrition.
As a Registered Dietitian, Certified Running Coach and Certified Personal Trainer, Emily brings a wealth of evidenced-based knowledge to the table and uses her acute understanding of endurance training to craft custom-tailored nutrition and training programs for her clients.
On the personal side — outside of running — she is a total foodie and nature lover who loves to travel and experience new things with her husband and pup.

A fully personalized coaching engagement in one of three options: Nutrition Only, or Nutrition, Running & Strength Training, or Running and Strength Training Only
A group coaching program designed specifically for runners looking for evidenced-based nutritional guidance and a community of runners to encourage and empower them. This coaching option allows you to watch learning materials on your own time, at your own pace and connect with The Dietitian Runner during group nutrition calls.
