1:1 Nutrition Coaching

This 1:1 coaching option focuses solely on your nutrition. Make mindset shifts and improve your relationship with food and your body so you can break free from restriction, food rules, stress and guilt. Understand the WHY and HOW of fueling your body as a runner and optimize your daily nutrition so you can feel good, have energy and support your life adventures and training. Adopt a more sustainable approach to eating that doesn’t require you to be tied to a tracking app or a meal plan (because they don’t teach you how to eat to support your goals). Learn what nutrition strategies you can implement before, during and after running so you can train strong and go the distance.

  • 3 months of 1:1 coaching
  • Weekly 1-hour coaching calls

If you’ve got a handle on nutrition, but need support when it comes to training, this 1:1 coaching option is the perfect fit for you. Receive personalized training plans and support so you can train strong, train smart and smash your training and performance goals. Emily will help you boost your running and strength training knowledge and teach you the WHY behind your training so you can learn lots along the way and crush your goals! 

GOLD Run Coaching only

  • Messenger support with weekly check-ins for support all month long
  • Monthly coaching calls which may include race day planning 
  • Access to Running and Strength Training Course to boost your knowledge
  • 6 month commitment: $200/month
