This 1:1 coaching option focuses solely on nutrition, how it impacts your existing running and strength training, and what tactics you can implement to leverage nutrition to enhance your training and meet your performance goals.

In this coaching option, running and strength training is the primary focus. If you’ve got a handle on nutrition, but need extra support when it comes to training, this 1:1 coaching option is the one for you. Receive personalized training plans and support so you can run strong, run smart and smash your training and performance goals. Emily will help to boost your running and strength training knowledge and teach you the WHY behind your training.
