You’ll have live weekly nutrition calls hosted by Emily and takeaways after each lesson to help you apply what you learn every week. You’ll have the opportunity to ask Emily questions at the end of each lesson, listen to other runners’ questions and learn from others. Live lessons will be recorded so if you can’t make a live lesson, you won’t miss a thing!
